The answer definitely is: No.
If translations were easy, everybody could do them. Therefore, if the translator receives your document with the note that it only contains easy text, what makes you suppose that it will be easy for them?
Every text needs special attention if you want to have a translation that stands out. You have to keep in mind that translating is always harder than writing a text. Why that? Because the translator gets a finished text that makes sense in the original language but they have to transform it to make the text suitable for the target market. For instance, what sounds funny or is intended as a pun will hardly ever work in another language. So the translator needs to find the perfect way to create a text that still contains the original message but is also adapted to the specific target group.
